Parts & Installed Parts
All parts that have been ordered and/or installed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please verify that the part is correct for your golf cart before placing your order.Custom & Incorrectly Ordered Parts
Custom-ordered parts that are eligible for return due to an ordering error are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping or return costs.Used or Mounted Parts
Parts cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used, installed, mounted, or otherwise fitted to a golf cart. Parts with opened packaging or boxes may also be considered non-returnable.Special Orders
All special-order parts and products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items specifically ordered from a manufacturer or supplier at the customer's request.Please Choose Carefully

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Our pricing is based on customer pickup or installation at the Village Customs facility. We want to make getting your golf cart to us and back as easy as possible.
Free Pickup & Delivery
- Complete sets of wheels and tires include free pickup and delivery.
- Service work or parts work totaling $1,000 or more includes free pickup and delivery.
- All other pickup and delivery orders are subject to a $40 pickup and delivery fee.
- Free pickup and delivery applies within our normal 25-mile service area.
Parts & Shipping
Parts ordered for shipment require shipping to be prepaid. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, package size, and weight. Residential deliveries may cost more due to additional carrier fees.A $25 service/handling fee may be added to shipped orders to cover packaging and handling.
Shipping Protection
All shipped orders will be fully insured for the purchase price of the product. A signature will be required upon delivery for all shipped orders to help protect both the customer and Village Customs.Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
