We pick up your cart from your home, perform scheduled maintenance and inspections at our service facility, and return it to you clean, serviced, and ready to ride.

If your cart needs to remain at our facility for an extended repair or service, a loaner cart may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability.
We don’t want you stuck without transportation simply because your golf cart is being serviced.
🔍 ANNUAL 109-POINT COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION
Once each membership year, your golf cart receives our comprehensive 109-Point Golf Cart Health Inspection.
Our inspection covers the major systems and components of your cart.

Battery condition, voltage, load/health testing, terminals, cables, connections, charger, charging system, solenoid/controller, wiring, electrical connections, and lithium battery/BMS systems where applicable.
⚙️ MOTOR & DRIVE SYSTEM
Motor, transaxle/differential, drive components, belts where applicable, oil/fluid levels, leaks, accelerator system, and pedal assembly.
🛞 STEERING & SUSPENSION
Steering components, tie rods, ball joints, bushings, bearings, shocks, springs, steering box/rack, and alignment.
🛑 BRAKING SYSTEM
Brake shoes/pads, brake cables, brake pedal, parking brake, adjustment, and overall brake operation.
🛞 TIRES & WHEELS
Tire pressure, tread depth, tire condition, dry rot, wheel condition, lug torque, and alignment.
💡 ELECTRICAL & SAFETY
Headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, horn, safety equipment, seat belts, mirrors, windshield, and structural/frame condition.

After your annual comprehensive inspection, you’ll receive a simple report showing the overall condition of your golf cart.
🟢 GREEN — GOOD
No action required. The component is operating as expected and is in good condition.
🟡 YELLOW — MONITOR
The component is showing wear or approaching recommended service. We’ll let you know what to watch and when service may be recommended.
🔴 RED — ATTENTION REQUIRED
Repair or replacement is recommended. We’ll explain the issue and provide an estimate for the necessary work.
📅 PLAN AHEAD
We’ll also identify upcoming maintenance needs so you can plan repairs before small problems become expensive ones.

If we identify a repair or replacement that is recommended, we’ll provide you with an estimate.
